Directions to the Rolf Institute:

From Denver
Take I-25 North.
Exit in the left lanes to US-36 towards Boulder.
Exit right at the Foothills/Table Mesa exit; stay left to access Foothills Parkway.
Go past Baseline, Arapahoe, Pearl and Valmont - It will look like you are leaving Boulder.
You will merge into the Diagonal Highway.
Go through the first light at Jay Road.
At the next light, 63rd Street, turn Right.
At the second light, turn Left at Spine Road.
Right before the curve, turn Right on Chaparral Court.
5055 is the Second building on the Right.

From Denver International Airport (toll route)
Exit the airport on Pena Boulevard.
Go West on Pena Boulevard.
Exit at #6B/E-470 Tollway North onto E-470 North (toward Ft. Collins).
Stay on for 18 miles where E-470 North becomes the Northwest Parkway.
Northwest Parkway West becomes Storage Tek Drive.
At US-36, turn right to go North towards Boulder.
Exit right at the Foothills/Table Mesa exit; stay left to access Foothills Parkway.
Go past Baseline, Arapahoe, Pearl and Valmont - It will look like you are leaving Boulder.
You will merge into the Diagonal Highway.
Go through the first light at Jay Road.
At the next light, 63rd Street, turn Right.

Exit the airport on Pena Boulevard.
Go West on Pena Boulevard to I-70 West.
Merge to I-270 (right lanes).
I-270 will become US-36.
Exit right at the Foothills/Table Mesa exit; stay left to access Foothills Parkway.
Go past Baseline, Arapahoe, Pearl and Valmont - It will look like you are leaving Boulder.
You will merge into the Diagonal Highway.
Go through the first light at Jay Road.
